FOOD TRUCK MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Sweet Treat Bar requires a $600 minimum + 18% service fee for every catered event. Our pricing is based per person and our catering team would be happy to customize a quote for your event.

MENU & SERVE TIME

Our catering team will work with you on selecting a catering package that is best for your event. Most service times are 2 hours, but we can stick around longer for $100/hr. Late night requests (10pm-7am) are charged an additional $125/hr.

TRAVEL FEES

Currently we service a 30 mile radius. Travel fees are $2.50 per mile and required for events outside this radius.

PARKING REQUIREMENT

We require a parking space that is 20 feet long and 8 feet wide and 30 feet of clearance above the truck, with space to open up service doors and serve guests. The parking area must be able to support a vehicle weight of 10,000 lbs. Cancellation

If cancellation should occur four (4) weeks prior to the date that has been booked, any non-refundable deposits will be retained and any additional payments made will be refunded in the form of a business check. If cancellation should occur two (2) to four (4) weeks prior to the date that has been booked, any non-refundable deposits and 50% of the total cost will be retained and any additional payments made will be refunded in the form of a business check. If cancellation should occur less than one (1) week prior to the date that has been booked, all payments made will be retained and no refund shall be issued. For any reason you have to reschedule, it would be a fee of $100.
